from Locust Ave on
Sunrise Highway, take
Locust Ave. exit, stay
on the north service
road and the gym is on
the right. Sycamore Ave
is in between the gym
and Capital One bank.
2. To get to the gym
from Oakdale/Bohemia
Road from Sunrise
Highway, take
Oakdale/Bohemia Road
exit. Take
Oakdale/Bohemia Road
North over Sunrise. When
you come to the light in
front of the OBJ Middle
School, make a right on
Sycamore Ave. This will
bring you right next to
the gym.
- Congrats to Nick Marrone and Alex Aristides,
taking 3rd place at the Worlds (Mundials) No Gi
Championships in Long Beach, CA on November 5th.
- Congrats to Izzy Medina, taking
1st place at the Pan Am No Gi Championships in NYC on
October 1st.
- The Good Fight tournament: Congrats
to all our competitors that competed on Saturday July
30th. We took 3rd place over all out of 43 schools. 1st
place in the gi with the kids. Great job everyone, keep
