Fight To Fitness is a (1) hour class that brings you through all the Cardio, Plyometric, and Core exercises done to prepare fighters. As well as Kickboxing techniques and drills used to increase endurance, hand/eye coordination, stability and agility.
Each class starts off with a warm up and stretching and goes into sessions of timed exercises emulating the time of a round in the ring. Punch and Kick your way to into shape.
